Rising energy costs, global uncertainties related to energy supply, and generally higher energy demand due to electric mobility and artificial intelligence require measures that contribute to the energy independence of companies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Therefore, we have decided to expand the existing PV system by around 70 kwp and install it on the south facades of halls 3 and 4, as well as implement a power storage system of the size of 430 kwh.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
With this investment, we strengthen the supply security of green energy in the company, as the PV electricity is available on the fa\u00e7ades even in winter. At the same time, CO2 emissions are reduced and energy costs are sustainably lowered. The project strengthens the innovation and competitiveness and, by installing the PV system on the fa\u00e7ades, no additional soil sealing is required. The new system is supported by an internal energy management system, which can smooth out power peaks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Both implementing environmentally relevant measures, as well as successfully leading the company into the future and creating additional jobs in our region and securing existing jobs, is an important pillar of the sustainability concept and part of the strategic direction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
We are therefore investing in the expansion of our technological offering, so that we can continue to supply our customers with system parts and components of the highest quality in the future.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The investment in the \u201eGreen!Invest\u201c project includes the acquisition of a new multitasking machining centre, as well as the retrofitting of two existing machining centres, in order to best meet the increasing demand for products for renewable energy. The new machining centre combines precise vertical machining with horizontal capability, tailored to our needs. With a turning diameter of over 3 metres, we will in future cover a system component machining area that is only available to a very limited extent in Austria. This not only secures the regional location through additional manufacturing capabilities, but also leads to the hiring of 2 additional employees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
As part of the investment, an uninterruptible power supply (UPS) system will also be installed, and the quality control department, the grinding shop, and the tool magazine will be expanded accordingly.
