\u201eWORK, LIFE \u2013 REPEAT\u201c:<\/strong>\u00a0This is the motto of HELDECO's new campaign. The new communication focus highlights the balance between leisure and work life at HELDECO and shows that work and hobbies don't have to be contradictory.<\/p>

Managing Director Helmut Dettenweitz emphasizes: \u201eAt HELDECO, we are proud of our corporate culture, which is characterized by a family atmosphere and mutual respect. We emphasize that our employees not only develop their skills in their work but also enjoy fulfilling personal lives. We support their personal interests and hobbies to enable a balanced life.\u201c\u00a0<\/p>

Attorney Sabine Dettenweitz adds: \u201eAs a family-owned company, we know how important it is to have time for family, friends, and personal passions. We want to give our employees the opportunity to advance their careers while leading fulfilling lives. Therefore, the company focuses on flexibility: One could, for example, work ten hours a day, \u201ebut that doesn\u2019t have to be the case,\u201c explains Dettenweitz. Weekends could also be used to build overtime, which one could \u201econvert into time compensation elsewhere or have paid out,\u201c the legal representative explained. For her, the key factor: \u201eAll of this happens without populist headlines like a four-day workweek, which in fact often allows for less flexibility.\u201c Instead, at HELDECO they rely on mutual fairness.
