Mit einem sehr prestigetr\u00e4chtigen Projekt k\u00f6nnen wir diese Positionierung einmal mehr unter Beweis stellen: In einem Erstauftrag f\u00fcr einen international agierenden Konzern haben wir aktuell vier Tonnen schwere Scheiben \u2013 mit einem Durchmesser von 3,2 Meter \u2013 f\u00fcr die Offshore-Industrie hochpr\u00e4zise bearbeitet.<\/p><p>Konkret haben wir dabei rostfreie Materialien auf Basis der Kompetenz unserer Fachexperten verarbeitet: Durch die Verbindung optimierter Prozessabl\u00e4ufe mit dem Qualit\u00e4tsmanagement wird selbst bei derart gro\u00dfen bzw. schweren Maschinenteilen eine Genauigkeit von +\/-0,01 mm durch unsere Herangehensweise gew\u00e4hrleistet.<\/p><p>Dieser hohe Qualit\u00e4tsanspruch ist mittlerweile auch digital abgebildet: Intelligent geregelte Kommunikationsabl\u00e4ufe erm\u00f6glichen maximale Transparenz. Das hei\u00dft: Unsere unl\u00e4ngst get\u00e4tigten Investitionen in die Digitalisierung des Standorts machen unsere Entwicklung und Produktion noch effektiver und effizienter \u2013 wie auch die Abwicklung des aktuellen Prestigeprojekts best\u00e4tigt.
