The final phase has begun: only a few school days remain until our youth can look forward to the long-awaited summer holidays. What comes after? An apprenticeship at HELDECO – at least if it's up to the company's management: "We offer exciting apprenticeship positions as cutting machinists and plant logisticians. Apprentices have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and gain practical experience. We place great importance on our apprentices feeling comfortable and support them in achieving their career goals. In any case, apprentice positions are still available for the coming autumn," explains HELDECO authorised signatory Sabine Dettenweitz.
Alongside a family-like atmosphere and numerous incentives such as attractive bike leasing, employee events, and specific professional development, the company also offers the opportunity for apprenticeships with Matura (a type of school-leaving certificate) and sustainable career and advancement prospects. More than just lip service: more than a third of the management positions in the company are held by former apprentices.
