Following an intensive planning and construction phase, the time has finally come: The €1.2 million expansion of the social and office facilities at HELDECO has been completed on schedule. „We are delighted that we were able to realise this ambitious project as planned and that state-of-the-art facilities are now available for our employees,“ explains CEO Helmut Dettenweitz. The total area of 800 square metres, including two roof terraces, impresses with its bright, inviting atmosphere and innovative design.

With the large-scale office space, room has also been created for potential events. HELDECO's authorised signatory, Sabine Dettenweitz, is accordingly enthusiastic: „The anticipation among the workforce was palpable throughout the entire construction phase. It's wonderful to see how positively the new premises are already being received.“
The completion of the construction work went smoothly. After the painting and interior finishing work, among other things, was completed in recent months, the laying of the floors and tiles marked the final step. „The challenges of the construction phase, such as unpredictable weather conditions during the summer months, were overcome thanks to the excellent coordination and cooperation of all those involved,“ says the authorised signatory.

The newly created spaces not only offer significantly more room but also foster togetherness within the company. Two existing halls were connected, the administration building was extended by one storey and expanded in width. The social facilities were completely modernised and extended with new functions.
The inauguration of the new premises will now be celebrated in a family-friendly atmosphere: „It is important to us to commemorate this milestone together with our employees. Because this expansion primarily serves the well-being of our skilled workers,“ said Dettenweitz.
