Georg Fladl, Head of Production and Maintenance, has been a pillar of the company for 30 years. As a reliable all-round technician with extensive practical and leadership experience, he has made a significant contribution to the development and stability of the production area. "With his deep understanding of processes, machinery, and people, he is not only a key professional but also a central personal contact within the company," congratulated the company management, including Sabine and Helmut Dettenweitz, on his anniversary.
Wolfgang Häusler has been working at HELDECO for a quarter of a century now. In quality assurance, his trained eye and his calm, conscientious manner have ensured for many years that our high standards are met every day.
Armin Hirschegger, Lukas Wienand and Julia Berger also have cause for celebration: the trio is celebrating their 10th anniversary at HELDECO this year. This means that over 75 percent of our team has been working for our company for more than ten years.
