Remuneration

As an Operations Logistician, according to the collective agreement, you will earn €1,071 gross per month in your first year of apprenticeship, €1,295.40 in your second year, and €1,657.50 in your third year. From the second year of apprenticeship onwards, you will receive additional payments for corresponding performance. Furthermore, HELDECO rewards good reports and a successfully completed final apprenticeship examination with attractive bonuses.
