Apply nowThe apprentice remuneration is based on the applicable collective agreement and currently amounts to €1,071 in the first year of apprenticeship, €1,295.40 in the second year, €1,657.50 in the third year, and €2,152.20 in the fourth year (as of 1 November 2025). In addition, we reward special commitment with bonuses for good vocational school reports and a successfully completed final apprenticeship examination.
