Kilian, Christoph and Tobias have successfully completed their HELDECO apprenticeship with distinction.
We have established apprenticeships as a strategic tool within our companies. This means that we are already taking care of our skilled workers of tomorrow, today. This not only results in many of our current leaders having learned their trade from the ground up at HELDECO, but also means that apprenticeships are highly valued within our company.
Accordingly, we are proud and happy about the current achievements of our apprentices: All (!) of our participating employees were able to successfully complete them with excellent results. Even before Tobias (pictured below), Kilian and Christoph successfully completed their training.
These successes confirm that we are on the right track and acknowledge the excellent work that our apprentice trainer Siegfried Schäffer and the entire team are doing on a daily basis. This is because our young employees significantly benefit from working with our experienced journeymen: experience and expertise are thus passed on early and retained within the company.
