HELDECO stands for expertise in the processing of large, complex components across a wide range of industries. We have recently once again been able to demonstrate our know-how.
In particular, within the offshore industry, we have earned an excellent reputation far beyond national borders in recent years. With a very prestigious project, we can once again demonstrate this positioning: in an initial contract for an internationally operating group, we have currently precision-machined four-tonne discs – with a diameter of 3.2 metres – for the offshore industry.
Specifically, we have processed stainless steel materials based on the expertise of our specialists: By combining optimised process flows with quality management, our approach ensures an accuracy of +/-0.01 mm, even for such large or heavy machine parts.
This high standard of quality is now also reflected digitally: intelligently controlled communication processes enable maximum transparency. In other words, our recent investments in the digitalisation of the site are making our development and production even more effective and efficient – as confirmed by the handling of the current flagship project.
