1990, Helmut Dettenweitz – alongside his father and four other partners – founded HELDECO. The company has now been recognised by the Austrian edition of a US business magazine for its international expansion and commitment to renewable energies. Forbes is one of the most successful and well-known business magazines – it regularly highlights exceptional personalities on various topics. The US magazine is primarily known for its list of the world's richest people. However, the business publication now also releases other rankings – for example, of the most innovative companies. And it is precisely on this list that HELDECO is now featured: Our company has been named as one of the 22 most up-and-coming companies in Austria.
The high-calibre jury – including decision-makers from business, science and the media – states in its reasoning that HELDECO, "as a manufacturer of complex components and systems, has arrived on the global market 30 years after its founding". Furthermore, our company possesses "the highest competence in the field of renewable energies" and "applies this knowledge to the market – for example, in wind power", judges the jury of the renowned US magazine.
