There has been a double reason to celebrate at HELDECO over the past few weeks: while our Roland (l.) celebrated his tenth anniversary, Lorenz successfully passed his final apprenticeship examination with distinction – after a shortened apprenticeship period.
Lorenz achieved this great feat in just a year and a half, as his HTL-Matura (mechanical engineering specialisation) meant two years were credited to him. "We are very proud of his achievements and glad to have such a top-tier specialist in our family business. His career path is a great example of how an apprenticeship can still make a lot of sense even after completing the Matura," explains Managing Director Helmut Dettenweitz.
Roland has already been with our company for a decade: to mark this significant milestone, our managing director and the entire team congratulated him. For years, the long-serving employee has demonstrated his importance to our company on the DMU210.
